New Service App – Fast and Efficient Communication

The new service app for iOS and Android, available from January 2020, enables two-way communication between employees at the system operator and Ecoclean customer service via video calls and chat functions. The information and instructions required for troubleshooting or system maintenance can be transmitted directly via smartphone. The phone’s camera allows the helpdesk staff to monitor the work closely and intervene immediately if something goes "wrong." Through the standard phone and chat functions, questions can be answered instantly or instructions clarified. This state-of-the-art method of service support reduces long and costly travel. It not only minimizes system downtimes but also reduces CO2 emissions.
