The name combines what we do and who we are. We advise customers on cleanliness and purity – the spark for this idea came to us in 2011. People who have been with me for a long time are part of the team. My son Julian Kropp and Karin März, with whom I have worked for 25 years. And not least Leiv Botnen, a good friend since the 1990s, who has been with us from the very first minute.
The market for cleanroom products is highly competitive. How do you stand out?
Through a small team with extensive expertise. We focus on what matters most. Everything else, such as logistics, IT, or accounting, we entrust to specialists. Intelligent logistics solutions keep delivery times short. Close collaboration with certified purchasing and logistics partners allows us to respond quickly to customer needs. Added to that are good prices due to favorable purchasing conditions. But what really counts are our consulting skills and independence.
What does consulting skills mean?
Thinking ahead and surprising positively. Not acting according to a fixed scheme, but making suggestions that clearly benefit the customer. For example, by recommending better-suited products or more cost-effective alternatives.
Does your independence give you an advantage?
Exactly. Some providers are tied to large manufacturers. Our experts, on the other hand, always seek the options that best match the customer’s wishes. It may sound unconventional at first, but our goal is not to generate as much sales as possible. Our goal is to create the greatest possible customer benefit. This is appreciated, and sales then follow automatically.
What role does the internet play for you?
Its importance is increasing. Of course, we have a catalog to browse through. But our customers also have this option online. They can search for items day and night and then send a specific inquiry for information or ordering.
