Multivac opens multilingual customer portal and spare parts webshop

To make it easier for its customers to order spare and wear parts, Multivac has launched an online B2B portal with an integrated webshop. In addition to exclusive online offers, Multivac customers will find valuable information about the machines installed at their facilities. The customer portal also includes a support section and contact information for personal contacts, significantly facilitating daily work with Multivac.

The customer portal will be available to Multivac customers in over 20 countries around the clock, 365 days a year, in their respective native languages. Access is protected by a password.

Multivac Machinery Overview at a Glance

The portal offers the company's customers a personalized overview of the machines installed at their facilities. Important information about these machines, such as the date of the last service or the upgrades performed on the machine, is provided in the portal. Additionally, the customer portal features a clear display of recent orders, inquiries, and spare parts orders with Multivac. This greatly simplifies daily work with Multivac.

Simple and Intuitive

For selected machines, the portal includes a 3D catalog and exploded views of machine modules, which help Multivac customers identify and order spare parts more easily. Top-10 lists compile the most frequently needed spare parts by machine type. A simple search function facilitates finding spare parts via full-text search. The availability of each spare part is checked in real time.

The ordering process is simplified by the ability to save existing shopping carts. Additionally, new orders can be triggered based on previous orders. Upon request, the company also offers the possibility to set up an OCI interface with the customer's ERP system.

Helpful and Up-to-Date

The support section of the portal provides valuable tips for daily work with the machines. The packaging specialist also informs about current trade shows, events, and new developments. Furthermore, Multivac customers can register online for the offered training courses via the portal.
