Gericke has announced the market launch of the Gericke Formulation Skid GFS Gen3, a new platform for continuous manufacturing that helps pharmaceutical manufacturers implement projects faster, simplify processes, and ensure a high level of safety, even as process requirements evolve.

Across the pharmaceutical industry, manufacturers are under increasing pressure to make efficient progress while managing changing production volumes, rising containment requirements, and growing regulatory expectations. Traditional batch approaches often rely on multiple standalone systems and repeated qualification efforts, leading to complexity, delays, and risks when transitioning from one phase to the next.
