The customer service of ALSCO Professional Clothing Service GmbH was able to impress again this year with its service quality and received the "Four Crowns" award for the fourth consecutive time. The inventor of textile services was evaluated by the independent Cologne-based agency ServiceRating GmbH in a comprehensive rating process across three categories: "Service Management," "Service and Consulting Performance," and "Service Effectiveness."

The overall grade "VERY GOOD" is composed of three quality dimensions: The service management of ALSCO Professional Clothing Service GmbH was rated "VERY GOOD": Personal contact and service on-site at the customer's location form the basis of ALSCO's support and consulting concept. In addition to excellent coverage with 20 locations nationwide, the more than 300 service technicians of the service provider play a special role in the support concept. ALSCO's online service offerings are also continuously expanded and increasingly integrated into customer support.

ServiceRating also assesses ALSCO's service and consulting performance with the grade "VERY GOOD." 98 percent of new customers evaluate ALSCO as a reliable and competent partner. In service and customer consulting, employees are distinguished by reliability, friendliness, motivation, and competence. The ALSCO homepage is rated as very informative and user-friendly, as is the customer portal recognized by customers.

ALSCO Professional Clothing Service GmbH also achieved a "VERY GOOD" rating in the area of service effectiveness. Over 95 percent of customers expressed very positive feedback regarding the quality, functionality, and comfort of ALSCO workwear. This positive assessment is also reflected in the high willingness of customers to recommend ALSCO to others.

To ensure high relevance, the quality seal from ServiceRating is only valid for one year. Afterwards, a new rating is required.
