Awarded for top customer service for the third consecutive time

The Piepenbrock Group has received the "TOP SERVICE Germany" seal for the third time. In 2018 and 2019, the building service provider was already recognized for excellent customer orientation. In 2020, Piepenbrock was able to once again place in the top ten of the competition.

The consulting firm ServiceRating conducted the competition for the 15th time. Piepenbrock participated for the third time and was among the top 15 companies each time, and for the past two years, even in the top ten. "It makes us proud to be recognized for our service quality and customer focus. The daily commitment to our clients and the continuous improvement processes within the company are the foundation of this repeated success. A big thank you goes to our dedicated and qualified employees, without whom we would not have achieved this award," says Arnulf Piepenbrock, Managing Partner of the group. The award also underscores the great trust that clients place in the building service provider's work. "Especially in the service segment, a trusting and close collaboration is particularly important. This has been reaffirmed in recent months," explains Piepenbrock.

Customer and company surveys form the basis

The ranking is based on an independent survey of more than 100 customers from each participating company, as well as the results of a management audit. Among other things, information was collected on sales and pricing policies, customer-related processes, as well as product and service offerings. "The 'TOP SERVICE Germany' award highlights the customer orientation of companies from both the company's perspective and that of its customers. With consistent top placements, Piepenbrock demonstrates a very strong focus on its customers. We can only endorse this approach," emphasizes Christian Roeb, Senior Consultant at ServiceRating and project manager for the TOP SERVICE award. The evaluations by clients are also of great importance to Arnulf Piepenbrock: "As a service provider, we rely on building high-quality and long-term customer relationships.
