Bürkert presents its new all-round service for customers at the Brau Beviale from November 10 to 12, 2015. To guarantee maximum customer benefit and optimal service, the Ingelfingen-based fluidics expert has bundled and expanded its service offerings under the name BürkertPlus.

Based on its comprehensive component program and expertise in complete fluidic system solutions, Bürkert Fluid Control Systems now offers complete all-round service throughout the entire lifecycle of industrial plants. Bürkert's strength lies in the complete fluid control sector. The company possesses decades of application knowledge in this area. As part of BürkertPlus, Bürkert offers tailored, individually coordinated service packages that are precisely adapted to the applications and needs of customers, all from a single source. Initially, Bürkert conducts an individual on-site plant screening, which provides a solid foundation for all subsequent optimization measures.

Understanding the customer's processes

"It is important for us to understand the customer and their processes. The most important question is always what benefit the customer gains. If the customer benefits from our service, then we have done a good job," summarizes Thomas Wetschei, Head of Service Management at Bürkert Fluid Control Systems, the core idea of the service package.
