Service Agreements for Environmental Monitoring Systems

In response to increased customer inquiries for more in-depth technical support, Particle Measuring Systems announced today that it will now offer software support contracts to customers using FacilityPro® systems as monitoring options. Effective immediately, customers will have access to a selection of support packages tailored to their needs across various price ranges.

He emphasizes: "In an increasingly interconnected world, problems can develop in various areas and impact monitoring. Our industry experts can provide our customers with quick and effective support they need, whether via phone, remote connection, or on-site."

PMS offers three different contract levels to meet the needs of all customers, both large and small: Standard, Plus, Premium. All include quick response times with a variety of methods to resolve environmental monitoring issues.
