Sedotec is purposefully restructuring its sales organization. With the division into four regions, Ladenburg is bringing itself even closer to its customers. The goal of this radical customer-centric approach is to establish a dialogue and increased exchange with switchgear manufacturers, planners, and operators. The result will be consistently customer- and benefit-oriented products. New sales professionals are ready in the regions of North, East, West, and South. This measure sharpens the company's offensive growth strategy, which aims to conquer the top position in low-voltage switchgear.

"In the long term, providers will only be successful if they radically and consistently align their products and solutions with customer benefits. This includes proximity to customers, which we have always practiced and are now further enhancing," reports Dirk Seiler. For the owner of Sedotec GmbH and Co. KG in Ladenburg, customer proximity now also means regionalization. In the newly created regions of North, East, West, and South, new employees will care intensively, quickly, and closely about the concerns of existing and potentially new customers.

Experience, enthusiasm, and power for four regions

From now on, the North will be managed by regional manager Björn Kriete, an experienced industry expert. The industrial engineer comes from the industry leader and is pleased to leave behind the rigid structures of a cold and distant atmosphere. "What I particularly like about Sedotec is that it is a respectful, dynamic, self-confident, and independent medium-sized company," says Kriete.

The East region has also recently been managed by an experienced expert. Carsten Hoffmann, an electrician and engineer for electrical energy systems, also brings corporate experience. He particularly praises "the short decision-making paths and the high dynamism at Sedotec" and is excited to "be part of a process where a medium-sized company develops into a significant player and innovation driver in its industry." Hoffmann aims to boost the recognition and acceptance of the Sedotec brand Vamocon, especially among planners.

The West is pleased that Jörn Schipke, with many years of experience as a sales engineer and key account manager for energy technology from the digitalization pioneer of the industry, is also on board. The new regional manager from Aachen will deepen Sedotec's customer relationships in the West and Luxembourg and explore new business opportunities. "We will now also serve the South even more intensively," confirms Seiler. The selection process is not yet complete and is currently being intensified.

With sharpened growth strategy to the top

As a foundation for long-term partnerships and satisfied customers, the new sales professionals in the four regions are to provide competent advice and intensive support directly on-site. With this step, Sedotec aims to clearly demonstrate that the focus is always on the success of its customers. For the company, proximity to customers is the key to continuing to set standards and create innovative benchmarks as a leading provider in the low-voltage switchgear sector. Seiler thus aims to conquer the top position in this field.
