By 2025, every second new biopharmaceutical product will be considered highly potent and/or toxic. The oncology sector is driving this growth.

Highly potent / toxic products are a new generation of combined products such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) or cell, immunotherapy, or gene therapies, which are found in regenerative medicine. These new product generations demand stricter cleaning requirements in multi-product facilities to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety at work for operators.

For employees in pharmaceutical manufacturing, facility, machinery, and equipment construction for the pharmaceutical industry, from the engineering departments of pharmaceutical companies and independent engineering firms, consulting, universities, and supervisory authorities: new requirements must be met.

The Conference

The ISPE 2018 Europe Aseptic Conference will focus on manufacturing technologies and supporting systems for the main dosage forms of innovative medicines in the coming years, which from today's perspective must be produced in sterile and aseptic environments.
