Optimized particle monitoring thanks to new software release
The successful product Moni.NET Class C from eurogard supports cleanroom operators in digitizing their discontinuous particle monitoring, thereby increasing data integrity and optimizing process workflows in terms of time, quality, costs, and sustainability. This eliminates the need for labor-intensive printing of measurement results on thermal paper, data preparation, and manual data backup. Report creation and distribution are automated with just a few clicks in the user interface. The tool allows automatic configuration of particle counters from various manufacturers, measurements can be conducted online or offline, users can be easily managed, and integration into existing IT infrastructures is straightforward.
The new release of the software continues this success story and offers customers new functions and extensions. In addition to implementing secure technologies, the upgrade provides various features for report generation: audit trails, as well as site plans or calibration documents, can now be easily attached to a report, and threshold violations are highlighted in color. In the so-called "Execution List," the tolerance period for overdue measurements per zone can be defined, and overdue measurements can be marked with a visual indicator. The "Weekly Status Report" presents a new report that lists all measurements performed as well as missing measurements for the week and is signed electronically. Additionally, two new roles have been created in user management to ensure smooth operation. Furthermore, communication between the software and particle counters has been improved. In the new version, the name of the person conducting the measurement is automatically read from the particle counter and assigned to the respective measurements. An automated synchronization of the particle counter's clock with the PC clock is now also implemented. For use of the tool in non-GMP applications, reports without compliance assessment can now be generated, and measurement data can be exported as CSV files.
Moni.NET Class C Version 2.0 remains committed to the future-oriented digitization of measurement protocols, including electronic signatures and automated sending to predefined recipients. According to GAMP5®, we recommend Moni.NET Class C as a validated Category 4 software, which has been qualified and validated in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines, considering GMP relevance (EU-GMP Guidelines, GAMP5®, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 14644).
