Kapsch and docdok.health combine their strengths

Kapsch BusinessCom continues to invest in the expansion of its Healthcare activities and has entered into an exclusive partnership with the internationally successful Swiss/Israeli digital health startup docdok.health for the sales and distribution as well as the further development of the docdok communication platform.

In the course of the Corona crisis, digitalization has received a significant boost. The impacts are becoming increasingly evident, especially in healthcare. For startups in the digital health sector, this means both opportunity and challenge. "Several potential large customers, with whom we have been in discussions for months regarding the implementation of our platform, decided within a few days due to COVID-19 to sign a contract with us," explains Dr. Ulrich Mühlner, Co-Founder and CEO of the Basel-based company, docdok.health AG. "A relatively small team like ours, as a young startup, quickly reaches its limits when implementing these large projects. Due to its multifunctional and highly integrative approach with the other services of Kapsch, the company expects significant interest in the docdok platform, especially among innovative institutions that recognize the added value of a solution that goes far beyond video conferencing. Kapsch will initially make the docdok platform available and implement it in the German-speaking European region.
