The stents produced by eucatech are provided with a special coating that suppresses the body's defense reactions. They are extremely thin and light as a feather, and at the same time must be very flexible and withstand enormous pressure. These high-tech products, produced exclusively in clean rooms, are inserted into diseased arteries in a minimally invasive manner using a catheter.

The largest room in the CleanMediCell® clean room facility, at 180 square meters, provides plenty of space for the assembly line for manufacturing catheters and stents.

In order for the machine to maintain the required accuracy values of ± 10 µm, a temperature of 22 °C ± 0.2 K/h must be maintained in the machine room.
