Modular cleanroom systems
The CleanMediCell® cleanroom systems from SCHILLING ENGINEERING have been specifically developed for the demanding areas of product protection in the medical sector. For controlled production of medical components or pharmaceutical packaging systems, for example, injection molding or hollow body blow molding machines are equipped with laminar flow hoods and docked to the cleanroom, where inspection and final packaging take place. The transport of sensitive products is carried out fully automatically via sealed conveyors and cleanroom airlocks. Each cleanroom project is tailored in close coordination with the customer to the production-specific requirements.
Quiet, low-maintenance U15 ULPA high-performance laminar flow modules and an innovative recirculation and exhaust air management in the cleanroom walls ensure precise cleanroom laminar airflow and very high energy efficiency. The wall elements are connected with a silicone-free GMP sealing clip system and can be flexibly expanded and modularly reconfigured. Control, monitoring, and ISO monitoring are carried out via the central cleanroom control system CR Control®, which can now also be operated remotely via tablet.
Another new development for operating an energy-efficient cleanroom is the surface-mounted LED lighting, integrated into the aluminum profiles of the ceiling, making it completely flexible for use throughout the entire cleanroom area.
