Focus recognizes Piepenbrock as a top employer

The news magazine Focus once again awards its "Top National Employer" seal to Piepenbrock. As in previous years, the building services provider is among the best employers in Germany for 2023. In collaboration with the research institute FactField, Focus annually creates a ranking based on employee surveys and online reviews.

"Satisfaction, motivation, and qualification of our employees are at the center of our focus. After all, it is their dedication that makes our company successful. For them, our Piepenbrock employees, we want to be a good employer – and we are especially pleased with the result from Focus and FactField, which confirms our commitment and motivates us to continue giving our best," says Arnulf Piepenbrock, Managing Partner of the building services company, proud of the award. For the ninth time in total, Piepenbrock is among the 1,000 best national employers. These were selected from 33 industries.

Survey conducted by the research institute FactField

The ranking is based on independent data collection by the research institute FactField. On behalf of Focus, it surveyed more than 550,000 employees and analyzed existing online reviews of over 38,000 employers. The average rating and the number of reviews from these two data sources form the basis for the ranking. In the evaluation, FactField only considered companies that, across all survey channels, have at least 30 employee reviews and an average rating of at least 3.5 on a scale of 1 to 5. Additionally, the company must be located in Germany and employ over 500 staff members.
