43 young professionals start their careers at Caverion

43 young people started their training or dual studies at Caverion Germany on September 1, 2026, laying the foundation for their professional future in building technology. The Nachwuchskräfte, aged 15 to 31, begin at the respective Caverion locations in Germany and will be qualified in a total of nine technical, commercial, and industrial professions over the coming years.

At the start of their training, the Nachwuchskräfte participate in the multi-day "Start-Up" event. There, they have the opportunity to get to know the company, the other trainees and students, as well as the trainers personally. In addition to building an initial network, the focus is on mutual exchange and orientation for a successful start into professional life.

By investing in their own skilled workforce through training, the building service provider creates the foundation for the competencies needed for the technical building equipment of the future. The new trainees and students benefit from practical training in the company's own training workshops, modern work environments, and close supervision by experienced trainers. After successful completion, there are good prospects for long-term employment and further career development within the company.
