Caverion stands for “Building Performance”, for technical building equipment in all trades. We plan and construct technical building systems and provide service, maintenance and operation. We cover the entire life cycle of a building, whether office complex, industrial plant, airport, hospital or congress center.

Around 80 percent of a building's total life cycle costs are incurred during the use phase. We are constantly developing the performance of real estate to ensure optimum working and living conditions, low energy consumption and CO2 emissions as well as fail-safe operation. In this way, we secure the value of the property in the long term.

Around 15,000 specialists in nine countries in Northern and Central Europe work hard for our customers every day. Caverion's total turnover in 2023 amounted to almost 2.5 billion euros. In April 2024, Caverion and Assemblin merged to form the Assemblin Caverion Group. This created a leading Northern European company for technical building equipment with around 22,000 employees. The combined turnover in 2023 amounted to 3.8 billion euros.

Caverion Deutschland GmbH has 16 locations and employs almost 2,200 people throughout Germany.
