The manufacturer-neutral training event introduces participants to the detailed theory and practice on the topic of Aseptic Manufacturing of non-toxic parenterals.

The focus of this new training is on manufacturing in accordance with the GMP guidelines. From the legal foundations to cleanroom processes, the microbiological validation (covering validation procedures, nutrient media filling, sterility testing, swab samples, air microbial sampling, and the corresponding monitoring / documentation according to GMP), all important topics are thoroughly addressed by experts. In the practical part, the learned topics are then practiced hands-on.

Another focus lies in the area of effective cleaning and disinfection with topics such as the VAH list, hygiene plan, differences and modes of action of disinfectants (e.g., bactericidal and sporecidal agents, various active substance groups, as well as spray disinfection and wipe disinfection, ...)

Whether beginners or advanced, the seminar offers participants comprehensive knowledge in a compact form.

Participants can benefit from the experiences of renowned speakers (pharmacists, chemists, independent consultants, ...) and effectively expand their expertise in a short time. Digital seminar materials with all presentations, additional information, and links related to the topics provide an easy way to implement what has been learned in practice.

The seminar is recognized by the Pharmacy Chamber of Schleswig-Holstein (16 points) and the ADKA (14 points). Certification is applied for anew for each seminar.
