ON THESE TASKS
YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO
_ Independent and responsible expansion of the sales area Bavaria and Austria or Switzerland
_ Acquisition of new customers and projects (initial meetings, product presentations)
_ Consulting on globally leading products and solutions around cleanroom hygiene
_ Expansion of existing customer relationships (cross-/upselling)
_ Customer visits, product consulting (Remote Selling)
_ Preparation and follow-up of offers
_ Conducting contract negotiations up to contract signing
_ Customer consulting and support at trade fairs, events, roadshows
_ Product training and education on-site at customers

WORK ORGANIZATION &
WORK LOCATION
_ General office activities remotely or at our new HQ in Buseck/
Gießen, approx. 30-40% share
_ Flexible working hours
_ Customer communication via phone, MS Teams, and email
_ Handling ERP and CRM systems (MS Dynamics, 365 for Sales, MS Office)

THESE SKILLS
DISTINGUISH YOU
_ Sales talent: identify, develop, and utilize potentials
_ Strength in building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners
_ Mastery of closing techniques
_ Commercial training or studies (business administration)
_ Technical knowledge in the field of hygiene, preferably cleanroom/GMP, is an advantage
_ Ideally, experience in sales of cleanroom consumables, disinfectants, and/or related products
_ Willingness to travel within the sales area (approx. 60-70%)
