The new FFA.4 belongs to the optimized OI Reinluftdeken. It is used above all, where due to the OI surface area dimensions no place is available for circulating air modules. Exactly as with the circulating air cover ULA.4 pure air flows filtered from above into OI and forms a protected zone also with the FFA.4 (optical, instrument tables and work area for the sterile dressed OI team). The installation of the FFA.4 takes place after the proven "barrier ton Wall" system. FFA.4-Decken are finalconstantly characterised by surface covering, horizontal inserted suspended matter filters, which are directly before the fabric distributors (einlagig or differential flow) arranged. By the horizontal suspended matter filter surface and the fabric a homogeneous air distribution is reached. The resistance of the s-filters in the filter surface covers is clearly smaller than with finalconstant channel filters and lies on the average at a diverting speed of 0,24 m/s with 60 Pa.Advantages of the new FFA.4 measuring connecting pieces for rawair-lateral measurement of the test aerosol clearly and central arranged variable frame system with highest accuracy to size integrable into clean-spacefair, surface-concise "barrier ton Wall" system
