Caverion Germany acquires Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH

Caverion Germany will acquire Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH on April 4, 2025. The company, with more than 30 employees, offers solutions in the fields of ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, filtration, and cleanroom technology. With the acquisition, Caverion continues to expand its position especially in the cleanroom technology sector and pursues its growth strategy consistently.

On April 4, Caverion Germany will take over Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH, based in Sprockhövel, North Rhine-Westphalia. The family-run company Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH, with an annual turnover of more than 5.5 million euros, will operate as an independent entity within Caverion Germany. The current co-owner, Dr. Arndt Schulz, will continue to serve as managing director and remain actively involved in the company.
