Restructuring at EFAFLEX, the rapid door manufacturer from Bruckberg near Munich: The Dutch subsidiary is now a fully integrated part of the company.

At the beginning of the new year, the rapid door manufacturer EFAFLEX acquired 100 percent of the Dutch subsidiary EFAFLEX-van der Tol en Keijzer BV. The name has now changed to EFAFLEX Netherlands BV. With this, the Dutch subsidiary is fully integrated into the EFAFLEX Group, offering improved services and greater flexibility in solving various requirements.

After over 28 years as responsible in the Netherlands, Managing Director and shareholder Frank Keijzer and co-shareholder Ton van der Tol are stepping down as part of the restructuring, and Keijzer is no longer managing director of the Dutch subsidiary. "We thank Frank Keijzer and Ton van der Tol for their many years of dedication and commitment," says Florian Anzeneder, Sales Managing Director at EFAFLEX. The new managing director is Robert de Wolff, who has previously worked, among other roles, as Business Unit Manager at the cleanroom specialist SRBA.

For the existing customers of the Dutch EFAFLEX subsidiary, the formal restructuring even offers an improvement. The range of services and customized solutions for different requirements expands with the full integration into the company. "We appreciate the ongoing trust of our customers in our company and look forward to further strengthening our partnership in the future," says Anzeneder.
