Rotameter

Not only purest air in the wafer production areas, but also ultrareines water are needed with the production processes for the chip production. Therefore Semikron uses internationally electronics for the sicherstellung of the high degree of purity of the used water so-called rotameters. Here it concerns the rotameter H 250 ESK z of the Krohne measuring technique, which the momentary flow value with an accuracy of 1,6 % of the measuring range final value indicates. The measured values are transferred into the appropriate control room with remote possibility of reading. At the same time by an inserted totals counter the total flow is added. These flow meters do not leave kontruktionsbedingt totraeume to develop and impair the flow in no way. Due to mechanical development more und der used 2-Leitertechnik a static loading is excluded and it requires no additional current supply.This carries to a high reliability and to safe results with the longevity of the flow meter H 250 by the fact was also proven that every four minutes the equipment is taken on the average in enterprise and no maintenance is necessary.
