Mini Environments

The development of the clean-room technology away of the Ballroom concept requires pure air systems, which ensure highest purity at the POINT OF Use. The MCRT GmbH developed for this a modular mini Environment system: the MCRT Clean air management of systems. These are pure air systems, which are adapted to process machines. Here over a pressure chamber with laminar distributor air discharge opening standardized filter blower units are adapted to geometry of the machine. Requires also with different machine types only a small expenditure in reproaching of spare parts. Suspended matter filters are used between H14 and U17 (also ptfe). Within the process range become thereby pure classes of area to 0.1 in accordance with Fed. Std. 209 reaches. The systems are UL -, Sematech and Semi conformal. The packing takes place in our own pure area likewise in accordance with Semi standard.
