This efficiently removes film and particulate contaminants while protecting sensitive parts. All basket spray arms are equipped with nozzles on the top and bottom, which, in combination with the powerful pump, enable a particularly uniform spray pattern. This ensures that the technical cleanliness of all parts can be achieved safely and repeatedly.
An inline heater located outside the rinsing chamber heats the process water. A high level of contamination on the parts to be cleaned is no problem — and manual pre-cleaning is not necessary. Optimal results are also guaranteed by a gap-free welded rinsing chamber made of high-quality stainless steel and an integrated water softener, which is regenerated using a separate program.
A conductivity sensor and redundant temperature sensors monitor the cleaning and rinsing processes. Additionally, the new device can be optionally equipped with further control functions: up to four dosing pumps adjustable to specific applications and up to four calibrated flow meters also provide ideal conditions for reproducible cleaning results. For materials that must not come into contact solely with pure water, cleaning agents and water can be supplied simultaneously to the rinsing chamber.
More air performance during drying than ever before
The new drying unit has a 10 percent increased air output, making it more powerful than ever. A pre-filter with easy access, HEPA H14, effectively removes particles from the drying air. The device thus meets the highest requirements for technical cleanliness according to VDA 19 or ISO 16232 and is even suitable for cleanroom applications.
Operators can conveniently load and unload this device thanks to the ergonomic loading height of 80 centimeters. The "EasyLoad" system, consisting of baskets and inserts, offers a comfortable loading process that has proven successful in many cleaning applications. It provides optimal conditions for secure positioning of industrial parts. The sturdy device door can be loaded with up to 50 kilograms when open. There is also a convenient, space-saving drawer for storing cleaning agents.
Through an Ethernet connection, the cleaning device can be integrated into a local network. Connection to process documentation systems can be achieved via REST/JSON-based communication, ensuring fast data transfer and compatibility with various formats. Practical advantage: the existing infrastructure remains usable, keeping costs and effort manageable.
