A perfectly installed and well-maintained floor not only creates an inviting atmosphere but also significantly contributes to the preservation of property value. Often, it is small tricks and techniques that contribute to a flawless appearance of the flooring. Therefore, nora continues to offer a diverse range of training courses in 2025 – both online and on-site. The courses cover a broad spectrum and deal not only with the installation and maintenance of rubber floors but also with the various design possibilities. The seminars take place at the company’s own training and information center in Weinheim, where application technology specialists share their extensive expertise. In addition, webinars on a variety of topics are organized. The diverse offerings are aimed at different target groups. Registration is now open.

Basic Seminars on Rubber Floor Installation

A two-day course for installers who have little or no experience with installing rubber floors. Fundamental topics such as substrate preparation, double seam cutting, grouting, bonding, and forming stairs are covered. Participants can practice installation under the guidance of experienced application technicians and receive valuable tips to make their work easier. In addition to a theoretical and a practical part, where the processing is demonstrated step-by-step, there is also a factory tour.

Advanced Installation Seminars

A two-day seminar on practical installation and processing of rubber flooring. Under the guidance of seasoned factory installers, participants—who should already have experience in installing rubber floors—practice efficiently and error-free installation of rolls, tiles, and shaped stairs in a relaxed atmosphere. The seminars also include training on the use of the quick-installation systems nora nTx and nora dryfix or nora dryfix ed, as well as a factory tour.

Seminars for Cleaning Managers and Service Providers

To ensure they look good over the long term and meet specific hygiene standards during daily use, proper cleaning is of great importance. In this two-day seminar, an nora application technician demonstrates various cleaning methods and provides tips for restoring damaged surfaces.

Webinars

In addition to on-site training, nora also regularly offers free webinars. In these half-hour online sessions, our experienced application technicians share practical knowledge on various topics related to nora flooring. These trainings give interested parties the opportunity to learn about our products free of charge and receive helpful tips for their daily work. If there is no time to participate live, that’s not a problem: registration is enough to receive the recording of the webinar via email after the event.
