Caverion Germany acquires Kees Klima- und Kältetechnik

Caverion Germany will acquire Kees Klima- und Kältetechnik GmbH in Ronnenberg on May 31, 2026. The company, with nearly 40 employees, specializes in sophisticated solutions around air conditioning, refrigeration, process, measurement, and control technology. Industrial companies constitute the largest customer segment. The acquisition particularly strengthens Caverion in the strategic growth area of refrigeration and air conditioning technology.

The company, based in the Hanover metropolitan area, achieved a turnover of approximately EUR 6.1 million in the 2025 fiscal year. The brand Kees Klima- und Kältetechnik GmbH will remain in existence in the future. The company will be assigned as an independent branch of Caverion Region North-West. The previous owners, Ulf Nickel and Jörg Ruhländer, will continue to lead the operational business as managing directors of Kees Klima- und Kältetechnik GmbH.

"Our growth focus is, among other things, in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning technology. The company Kees represents a strategic addition to our service portfolio in this area. Especially in the industrial sector, the company has a very interesting customer base," says Manfred Simmet, CEO of Caverion Germany.

Caverion has set itself the strategic goal of growing also through acquisitions. Following the purchase of Schulz Lufttechnik and S&A Schaltanlagenbau, the acquisition of Kees Klima- und Kältetechnik is another important milestone in the ongoing growth course.
