Today, IAB Reinraum-Produkte maintains relationships with manufacturers of cleanroom products worldwide. The company's suppliers or the manufacturers of the products offered in the delivery program are carefully selected and personally supported. Founder and managing director Robert Matzi relies on long-term, sustainable business relationships. These guarantee consistent product quality. For customers, this is a big plus: "When a customer has chosen a product for a cleanroom, it has undergone lengthy qualification processes that involved very high costs," says Matzi. "Changing suppliers on the part of the entrepreneur always means additional effort for the customers. And that is exactly what we want to avoid." The good contact of the company with the manufacturers pays off: many of IAB Reinraum-Produkte's main suppliers have been involved almost from the beginning. This builds trust on both sides. Additionally, this stable, internationally functioning network allows the company itself to act and react as a manufacturer: thus, IAB Reinraum-Produkte employees can implement individual customer needs, for example by using products that are not yet widespread in Europe but are already available on the international market. The constant outlook beyond the European horizon keeps IAB Reinraum-Produkte always one step ahead. And customers appreciate that. Constant focus on development

IAB Reinraum-Produkte supplies customers from the entire cleanroom industry, mainly from Europe, but also from Singapore and the USA. "Dialogue with our customer is the most important thing for us," says Matzi. "Selling is informing – that is our philosophy." For example, about special products like the ESD gloves of the SIMSTAT series with coated carbon fiber, which protect the products from potential contact. Or the cleanroom disposable nitrile glove, which features a very strong grip, meaning a highly textured surface, making handling of small wet parts easier.

However, the demands of the cleanroom industry are changing and constantly growing. Therefore, research and development are ongoing. Currently, new products are being designed and tested on behalf of IAB. In February 2012, they will be presented at the cleanroom lounge in Karlsruhe.
