Schreiner Group celebrates five years at the Dorfen location

Five years full of innovation, team spirit, and growth: In 2019, Schreiner Group officially opened its fourth location in Dorfen, Upper Bavaria. Since then, a lot has happened. The plant has grown significantly and has undergone an impressive transformation. Time to look back – but above all, to look forward: The high-tech company has already begun construction in Dorfen in May 2024 to accommodate its continuous growth.

"The development of our location in Dorfen demonstrates how successfully we are operating in the market. Within five years, our number of employees has grown from 25 to over 90. This positive development shows the high demand for our high-tech solutions," says Roland Schreiner, managing partner of Schreiner Group. Helmut Schreiner, partner and managing director of Schreiner Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, is also very pleased with the successful growth and the current expansion of the Dorfen plant.

The experienced business economist Erich Pably, who has been leading the site as plant manager since 2023, is enthusiastic about the team and the framework conditions: "The five-year anniversary of our Dorfen location is not only a milestone but also an exciting starting point for our future. With the expansion we are currently implementing, we are laying the groundwork for further growth and innovation. Our highly motivated team is ready to face the challenges of the coming years."

Already in the middle of the anniversary year, in May 2024, Roland Schreiner and Erich Pably, together with political representatives, broke ground for an extension. This will increase the production area by almost 2,000 square meters. The expansion creates more space for additional machines, expanded social rooms, optimized inbound and outbound areas, as well as new color storage and laboratories. A new shelving system with a modern driverless transport system (FTS) will also increase efficiency and further optimize processes.

"Due to the expansion, we are constantly looking for dedicated employees to further strengthen our team and continue the success story of Dorfen," emphasizes Erich Pably. With this focus on growth and innovation, Schreiner Group is ready to further expand its position as a leading company in the industry and to provide high-tech solutions for its customers.
