PTA Pharmatechnical Equipment Manufacturing once again reports success in selling its specialized cleaning systems for pharmaceutical stoppers to a renowned, globally active manufacturer from the pharmaceutical industry.

Currently, PTA Pharmatechnical Equipment Manufacturing is installing one of its stopper cleaning systems of the type WST 850 at an international manufacturer of pharmaceutical rubber stoppers in the USA. The reasons for this decision, from the perspective of the globally operating US company, were the exceptional standards in efficiency, output, handling, as well as quality and reliability of these systems. The pharmaceutical producer has chosen PTA systems once again and has been using the WST 850 type for some time at several production sites worldwide with great satisfaction. More about the WST 850:

The patented WST systems from PTA are specially manufactured for cleaning large quantities of industrial small parts made of rubber or plastic and carry the quality seal “Made in Germany”. They are especially suitable for large production environments with correspondingly high throughput.

Depending on the type of bulk material and the customer’s requirements, different programs can be selected. The program design is individually tailored to the product specifications. Particularly advantageous for fast, smooth production processes is the cleaning, rinsing, drying, and – if necessary – siliconizing in a single operation.

PTA’s WST systems also feature a very well-thought-out hygiene concept. The strict separation between the loading or “dirty” side for removal and the “clean” side offers the highest level of purity. The systems are integrated into the respective production environment with room separation. They operate using high-pressure cleaning procedures; wash and rinse wheels are indirectly heated to ensure temperature consistency.
