Innovations in ultrasonic welding
RINCO ULTRASONICS presents new machine generations at K 2025
At this year's K from October 8 to 15, 2025 in Düsseldorf, RINCO ULTRASONICS will showcase innovative solutions for ultrasonic welding with a focus on efficiency, flexibility, and easy integration into automated processes. The highlight will be the latest versions of the machine models Electrical Motion2, the new Standard2-3000, and a variety of feed systems for process automation.
Electrical Motion2 - Precision Redefined
The redesigned Electrical Motion2 has been specifically developed to operate even more accurately and reliably, while maintaining ease of use. A large, modern touch display allows for quick and intuitive control. Users can monitor welding data and, depending on their individual permissions, optimize the welding process.
Especially practical: The machine automatically recognizes which tool is in use with the optional quick-change system and adjusts the parameter set accordingly – saving time and reducing errors. New functions for process monitoring also ensure greater control and consistently high quality.
The Electrical Motion2 is suitable for a wide range of applications, for example in the automotive or medical technology sectors, but also in packaging and textiles. Thanks to its design, it can also be used in cleanrooms of ISO Class 6.
Thanks to its electric drive, the Electrical Motion2 operates with high energy efficiency and precision – saving up to 78% on energy costs compared to pneumatic machines.
The non-erasable audit trail logs all relevant system events and changes with timestamps, user IDs, and detailed descriptions to ensure maximum traceability and process security.
Welding data can also be exported via RS232, Ethernet, external storage media, or optionally via PROFINET.
Standard2-3000 - Proven Technology in a New Design
The completely redesigned Standard2-3000 combines proven technology with modern features. The centerpiece is an integrated touchscreen directly on the generator, which significantly simplifies operation. The robust mechanics remain unchanged, as does the reliability in daily use.
Thanks to its flexible control and versatile connection options, the machine can be easily integrated into existing production workflows. It can be expanded with the additional PROFINET communication module for data transfer if needed.
To ensure quality, a multi-level and customizable user management system is available. The integrated database allows for the storage of all welding results, while the non-erasable audit trail documents all relevant system events and parameter changes with timestamps, user IDs, and detailed descriptions.
The Standard2-3000 is therefore ideal for companies that want to gradually digitize their manufacturing processes.
Other exhibits to be seen at the RINCO booth
The ultrasonic feed system of the VEM2 series is designed for integration into special machines, automated welding systems, and automation lines. Thanks to its electric drive and the ability to select from 8 different welding modes, top-quality welding results can be achieved.
In addition to the VEM2 feed system, other electric and pneumatic feed systems in frequencies of 20, 35, and 70 kHz will be presented at K 2025.
Various welding patterns, including those from the packaging sector, will also be on display.
