Reliable filtration is indispensable in numerous industrial sectors for quality, stability, and process safety. Wolftechnik offers a wide range of filter housings that can be individually configured depending on the medium, throughput, and environment – including special solutions for hygienically critical or explosion-prone areas.

The housings are characterized by their high variability in terms of nominal size, connection type, and positioning of the inlet and outlet nozzles. Cast stainless steel parts, such as the clamping cover or the Wolftechnik stand base with an inwardly curved sump for optimal residual drainage and safe, maintenance-friendly installation, have proven their worth many times over.

The filter housings are precisely matched to the respective medium, process conditions, and hygienic requirements. Particular attention is paid to material selection and processing. Wolftechnik exclusively uses high-quality materials that meet all relevant EU certificates, including FDA CRF21, REACH, and RoHS. This is especially important for applications in sensitive industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or food manufacturing.

Filter housings for every volume flow

For bag filters, the custom-made WTBFGDS bag filter housings impress with their compact, space-saving design, along with other qualities. For higher throughput, MWTBF multiple bag filter housings are available, equipped with a clamping cover and spring pack or alternatively with a lift-tilt device. Up to 3, 4, 6, 8, or 10 filter bags can be installed in the housings.

For depth filtration, candle filter housings are used, such as the universal, self-supporting WTKF housings made of stainless steel AISI 316L. The housings feature an inwardly curved sump for optimal residual drainage. For very high flow rates, Wolftechnik has developed compact and space-saving high-flow housings. An even higher throughput is possible with MWTHF multiple high-flow housings, which can be equipped with up to 19 high-flow pleated elements.

Maximum flexibility is offered by the innovative WTBKF bag-candle filter housings, where initially filter bags can be used, and for increased requirements for filtrate quality, candle filters can be installed. For applications with smaller throughput, the WJ-Junior housings are suitable, which can be configured with various pleated elements or as practical WF-Capsules for single-use.

Efficient filtration even under special requirements

Special filter housings are available for particular requirements, such as the WS-Sanitary housing with a high-gloss polished stainless steel surface for hygienically critical processes. These housings were specifically developed for use in sterile and ultra-clean production lines. They offer the flexibility to use depth filters for clarification as well as pleated elements and membrane filter candles for sterilization.

The innovative WTQP housings are designed for use with a closed filter unit with protective bags. They are particularly suitable for all applications where a closed and ready-to-use unit is necessary for reasons of cleanliness, hygiene, or toxicity. The housing and filter unit can be used in explosion hazard areas. The entire system meets the requirements for the certification mark Ex-II-2GD according to the current ATEX directive.

Safe filtration even at high viscosity

During tank truck delivery, filtration is often the first step to introduce raw materials cleanly into production. When dealing with highly viscous fluids, filter housings with a heated jacket are used to reduce the viscosity of the medium and enable uniform flow-through. DWTBF double bag filter housings for parallel or single operation with manual switching ensure that the process is not interrupted even during filter changes.

Accessories such as drain ball valves, vent valves, displacement bodies, and pressure gauges are available. Special instrumentation like differential pressure meters or pressure monitors are additional equipment options. All Wolftechnik filter housings can be expanded into mobile filter housings. Optional with control cabinet, pump, flow meter, differential pressure measurement, signal transmitter, and other components.
