The ASYS Group announces leadership updates: As of early 2025, Dr. Alexander Näser was appointed to the Group's Management Board as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Näser is responsible for the commercial management of the ASYS Group. A particular focus of his activities will be on operational controlling to increase internal efficiency and the financing of innovations. This will strengthen the company's position as a solution provider and enable it to continue to offer an attractive product portfolio to the market.

About Dr. Alexander Näser

After initial experience as a consultant in one of the 'Big 5' consultancies, Dr. Näser switched to software development during the New Economy. He then headed the plant controlling department of a Dutch electronics group in the chip production sector. He then took on various positions at an automotive supplier, where he gained in-depth insights into the production and risk management processes of a Tier 1 company and also assumed responsibility for results as Finance Director at a production site abroad. Most recently, he was responsible for finance, controlling, HR, purchasing and IT as a board member and CFO of a development service provider in the automotive sector.

Dr. Näser has been Head of Finance and Controlling at the ASYS Group since April 2024.

With the appointment of Dr. Alexander Näser, the ASYS Group is underlining its determination to secure the strategic development and competitiveness of the company in the long term.
