BAU 2025: EFAFLEX presented innovative gate study – Company reports positive results

The high-speed door manufacturer EFAFLEX presented the next generation of high-speed doors as well as a new door study made from organic materials at BAU 2025. Overall, the company is very satisfied with its appearance at the world's leading trade fair.

For five days, thousands of visitors at BAU 2025 in Munich were captivated by the door solutions of the world market leader for industrial high-speed doors. For the first time, the four spiral doors "Next Generation" were on display, and the numerous visitors at the approximately 280-square-meter stand could personally experience the advantages of these new door innovations.

Christian Jacob, the event manager at EFAFLEX, sums up positively: "It was five days filled with many great conversations and a palpable enthusiasm for our products."

Door study made from felt and wood points the way into the future

In addition to the "Next Generation" doors, EFAFLEX also showcased the fastest parking garage door in the world, EFA-SST® PS, as well as the door study EFA-SRT® Organic.

This door concept attracted the interest of many visitors, as it demonstrates the potential for even more sustainable door construction. The frame of the door is completely made of wood, while the curtain is made of felt.

The study scores points not only with its innovative material and an opening speed of two meters per second but also with a high level of smooth operation. Possible applications include supermarkets or hotels. However, many other potential uses are also conceivable, which are now being examined for feasibility.

"Numerous international contacts"

BAU 2025 also provided the opportunity for networking with customers, partners, and interested parties. "We were able to establish and maintain numerous international contacts at this world-leading trade fair," explains marketing director Jacob.

180,000 visitors and 2,230 exhibitors from 58 countries make BAU the international showcase and catalyst for the construction industry. EFAFLEX contributes significantly to this with its industrial high-speed doors.
