Thanks to its outstanding tightness and very high chemical resistance against alkalis, oils, fats, water, salt solutions, and various acids, the ABC JOKER CHEM® coating has proven to be a long-lasting solution for cleanrooms. Furthermore, this pharmaceutical floor impresses with its quick reworkability: the coating can be completely renewed in a very short time, so the floor appears as new – even with installed equipment.

Bacteriostatically active surface coating

A special advantage of the ABC JOKER CHEM® coating is the possibility to supplement a de facto antibacterial surface sealant with ABC ZIRRUS CHEM® BakFREE. This sealant has led to significant improvements in germ count monitoring in pharmaceutical facilities, creating considerably more hygienic production conditions. Additionally, for areas with special explosion protection requirements, the ABC JOKER CHEM® EL+ coating is available, which impresses with its electrical conductivity.
