The evaluation is based on four core themes: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. With a total score of 64 out of 100 points, the Zimmer Group positions itself clearly in the "Advanced" segment and above the average of comparable companies worldwide.

Targeted Development in All Action Fields

Environment: The Zimmer Group impresses in the area of environment through stable results and a consistent development of its management systems. Certifications according to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, as well as transparent reporting on energy, emissions (Scope 1–3), water, and waste, underline the structured approach to increasing resource and energy efficiency.

Labor and Human Rights: The introduction of ISO 45001, the expansion of labor and health protection programs, and further developed HR standards led to a significant increase in the rating in this area.
