The water treatment system from 1993 had reliably served for a long time. With increasing demands on technology and efficiency, modernization became necessary. The goal was to replace the existing solution and simultaneously optimize the spatial conditions. The new, compact water treatment system creates additional space. It was designed so that it can be installed in the same room as the cleaning system and reliably supplies it with treated water.

EnviroFALK is characterized by manufacturing both standardized and customized water treatment systems. Together with Microdul, the current and future requirements for treated water were analyzed.

State-of-the-art water treatment technology

The recommended solution: reverse osmosis for highly efficient pretreatment of municipal water, combined with a downstream pure water circulation system. This concept significantly optimizes water quality and meets the high purity requirements of microelectronics production.

The new water treatment system is significantly more compact. Filtration, water deionization, reverse osmosis, and ion exchange ensure the highest water quality.

The integrated pure water circulation technology also systematically recycles the water. This results in resource-conserving water management that increases the performance of manufacturing processes while reducing costs and maintenance effort. The latest PLC technology also enables seamless tracking of all process parameters for maximum transparency, highest process safety, and convenient monitoring of all operations.

The result is a tailor-made water treatment system that achieves the highest purity standards and is perfectly adapted to the spatial conditions.
