Colors, paints, and adhesives are frequently used in complex processes in industrial applications. Accordingly, the requirements for packaging are very high. As a link in the process chain, it is essential for ensuring a perfect final result and avoiding costly quality and process errors. At ECS, Schütz is presenting its Cleancert Premium solution for the first time in the canister sector.

As the highest safety and cleanliness standard for packaging, Schütz Cleancert IBCs and plastic containers are well established in many particularly quality-sensitive applications. For example, the coatings and automotive industries rely on the absolute purity of the filling products to achieve their "Zero Crater" goal. Even the smallest residues of silicone, release agents, plasticizers, or foreign particles in general can lead to craters or inclusions in individual paint layers, resulting in costly rework or complete rejection. For small filling volumes of 5 to 30 liters, Schütz now offers its innovative canister series SC1 also in the Cleancert standard, which minimizes potential contamination risks through extensive preventive measures and migration tests.

Schütz Cleancert packaging is based on comprehensive system certification according to FSSC 22000. This includes all materials used, including tested paints and abrasion-free seals. Additionally, the entire manufacturing process is carried out in compliance with strict safety measures to ensure maximum cleanliness and minimal particle contamination. This includes, for example, automated quality control, the cleaning of process air during the canister blow process, specialized internal logistics solutions, and extended hygiene regulations for employees and the entire production environment. Complete traceability down to batch and process level, as well as fully automated re-packaging, palletizing, and storage, contribute to delivering Cleancert packaging from Schütz in the highest technical cleanliness for filling.

Thus, the company offers an optimal basis for safety, quality, and cost efficiency along the entire process chain. Visitors to ECS 2025 can learn more about this comprehensively at Schütz's booth from March 25 to 27, 2023.
