Premiere: Professionally executed new pharmaceutical construction project – within the full time and budget framework
The execution was carried out as a Fast-Track project, taking into account international GMP requirements, including the application of modern aspects of integrated qualification and the use of the latest automation and IT tools.
Honestly — do you know of such a project? Would you like to read this headline for your company and look back with the satisfied feeling of 100% plan implementation in the happy faces of all involved?
Frankly speaking, we do not know such a project. We — the members of VIP3000, the Association of Pharmaceutical Construction Interest Group, e.V. — have set ourselves the goal of not only exchanging knowledge and experience but also constantly expanding and implementing them in projects. We all pursue exactly these kinds of projects, and we strongly believe in the possibilities that new technologies and the paths of Industry 4.0 can offer us.
To get closer to this goal, VIP3000 invited prominent representatives of the pharmaceutical industry to Hamburg on April 11 and 12 for an expert dialogue, to share experiences within the framework of thematically diverse workshops; experiences with pharmaceutical projects during new constructions and conversions. Here, there is an opportunity to learn from case studies, hear what went wrong, and how to improve it. Topics discussed include contract design, planning tools, regulatory negotiations, automation, qualification, and the right personnel selection.
For the first time, such an event offers the chance to exchange targeted and intensive insights with experienced practitioners and to expand your network within this high-caliber circle.
