Piepenbrock again recognized as a top employer

The Piepenbrock Group of Companies can call itself "Top National Employer" for the seventh consecutive year in 2020. The award is given by the news magazine Focus in collaboration with the review platform kununu. The basis consists of more than four million employee judgments across 900,000 companies.

Piepenbrock has been recognized uninterrupted since 2014 as one of the 1,000 best employers in Germany. "For our company, the satisfaction and motivation of our employees are just as important as their qualifications. Our Piepenbrock employees are the face of our company on-site with our clients. Therefore, we see them as the heart of the company. The repeated recognition as a top employer fills us with pride and confirms our commitment to our employees," says Arnulf Piepenbrock, Managing Partner of the Group. Furthermore, the consistent award over the past seven years demonstrates that Piepenbrock's strategies for employee satisfaction and retention are effective in the long term.

Employee judgments form the basis

The best employers in Germany were selected from 36 industries. The ranking includes only companies with more than 500 employees based in Germany. Additionally, at least 50 reviews on the kununu platform with an average of at least three stars were required. Based on these criteria, the 900,000 companies considered were narrowed down to 1,500, of which 1,000 received the "Top National Employer" award. To objectively compare small, medium, and large companies, FOCUS categorized the companies according to their number of employees.
