New features and improved user guidance

With an updated version of the Ecoclean App for iOS and Android, the equipment manufacturer expands the functions of its digital service platform. The application enables structured and cross-site communication between equipment operators and Ecoclean Service, as well as more efficient access to equipment-related data, information, and open inquiries. Newly added features include extended functions for data analysis and documentation, for example, for ultrasound performance data recorded with the measurement solution APM-Go.

With the Ecoclean App, the manufacturer of equipment for industrial parts cleaning established a tool some time ago that facilitates efficient and rapid problem-solving, technical question answering, and information gathering through simple and direct contact with the service team at the relevant site. Additionally, it simplifies spare parts procurement and supports training requests. For this purpose, a bidirectional real-time connection via chat function is available, as well as video and image transmission.

The Ecoclean App is now available in an improved version. In addition to a new design, the user guidance has been optimized to enable simpler and more efficient operation. This includes, among other things, that once registered cleaning systems are visible to each user and access to existing inquiries is possible. Time-consuming duplicate processing and information loss are thus prevented. For new and status updates on the processing of existing inquiries, a clear chat function with logical selection fields is available. Through a convenient invitation feature, colleagues can be registered. A virtual network is created, enabling internal communication almost like in real life. Ecoclean actively alerts users to ambiguous inputs, such as a typo in the equipment serial number, which can then be automatically checked, corrected, or confirmed.

When using the innovative measurement solution APM-Go for reproducible and contactless recording of ultrasound performance in series immersion and chamber systems, the app also performs essential functions. The measured values are transmitted via Bluetooth to the app, automatically evaluated by software, and measurement protocols are created and stored.

The current version of the Ecoclean App will soon be supplemented with machine documentation. This new feature allows convenient and quick access to the respective equipment documentation from any device with internet access.

The new version of the app for iOS and Android is available free of charge in the app stores for download. It is functional on smartphones, tablets, and web interfaces of desktops.
