Lorenz Consult presents Office extension, new logo & kununu award

Lorenz Consult started the new year with full enthusiasm. Recently, the office space was expanded by an additional floor. As of March 1, 2024, the civil engineering firm will present a new logo externally. And for the second consecutive time, Lorenz Consult receives the kununu Top Company seal and can again call itself a kununu Top Company in 2024.

"We are very pleased that we have grown significantly in personnel recently. Therefore, we needed more space. That is why we have now expanded our office in Graz by an additional floor," explains Managing Director DI Christian Lorenz. The company, founded in 1972, now consists of over 60 employees at four locations, covering all building-specific planning and supervision services in the areas of healthcare facilities, cleanrooms for pharmaceuticals, food, and electronics, industrial and steel construction, as well as planning technology 5D-BIM and digitalization in construction with their expertise. About 50 people are now working at the main location in Graz. The company has remained loyal to the old building in Graz's Sparbersbachgasse with garden access. The personnel increase made an extension necessary. Therefore, in addition to the ground floor, the entire first floor, and now the second floor, have been added. The employees of Lorenz Consult work in their headquarters for innovation across a total of 850 square meters.

Visible and simple: The new logo

Modern, clear, and simple – this is how Lorenz Consult's new logo presents itself. A deliberate decision was made to omit color. In black and white, it stands for a straightforward simplicity. But the logo is also streamlined in several ways. The entire legal company name has been omitted, as well as the website address or initials. The eagle from the coat of arms is now visible behind the "Lorenz Consult" inscription in an elevated form, indicating that it is a civil engineering firm. "In addition to many advantages, our new logo creates a stronger association for the recognition value of our brand," says Lorenz.

Also in 2024, Lorenz Consult receives the kununu Top Company seal

The employer review platform kununu awards Lorenz Consult as a Top Company for the second consecutive time in 2024. The basis for the award is the independent reviews of employees on the platform. The civil engineering firm has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars and a recommendation rate of 100 percent, making it one of the companies with an excellent working environment in Austria.

Since only about five percent of companies meet the qualification criteria, this is a very select group. To qualify for the kununu Top Company seal in 2024, a company must meet the following criteria:

- At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created. Reviews from applicants are not counted.
- A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5), both overall and in employee reviews.
- In the past twelve months, the employee review score must be at least 3.8 stars.
- At least two new reviews in the last twelve months. An updated review counts as a new review as well.
