The KEL-ERM VARIO is an advancement of the proven icotek cable entry system and has been specifically designed for the entry of cables with and without connectors. Different configurations can be easily implemented without replacing the frame: With the plug-in separator bars, the frame can be individually adapted to each application.

The KEL-ERM VARIO is easy and safe to install. The modular system is based on a clear structure and reduces the variety of options to one frame size per version. Fewer required components mean less storage and procurement effort, while planning, design, and assembly are simplified. For control cabinet construction and device integration, it offers additional flexibility. Thanks to the variable filling, the KEL-ERM VARIO is suitable for various requirements, from series applications to customer-specific solutions. Depending on the need, it can be equipped with a different number of large or small glands.

Automatic gland fixation

Depending on the gland used, cables with diameters from 1 to 16 mm (single glands KT1 to KT15) or 16 to 35 mm (single glands KT16 to KT34) can be safely fed, sealed, and strain-relieved. The cable glands are automatically fixed in the frame during assembly. After complete filling, the end cap is securely screwed on. The KEL-ERM VARIO is compatible with standard connectors for 10-, 16-, and 24-pin heavy-duty connectors. The size KEL-ERM VARIO B is designed for connectors measuring 46 x 46 mm (e.g., for controllers, counters). Thanks to the injected seal and the use of single glands, the high protection class IP65 is maintained even with flexible configurations.
