Thanks to maximum quality protection, the container is ideally suited for transporting organic compounds based on natural or synthetic origins, inorganic compounds, and silicones. A clear application example is the adhesives industry: In Germany, nearly one million tons of adhesives are produced annually. A large part of these products reacts with oxygen to form a skin or begins to cure. The integrated liner minimizes the possible oxygen contact during filling and in the packaging, preventing the filled product from changing due to air contact. The liner's oxygen barrier provides additional protection against oxidation, vitamin degradation, and microbial contamination. Furthermore, the need for nitrogen blanketing, as required with other container types, is eliminated. The UN approval for dangerous goods transport also applies to the liner version.

Simple handling – from filling to dispensing

In both Ecobulk variants, connection for filling is via the standard outlet valve of the IBC or from above via a filling stub attached to the liner, which can be equipped with different vent plugs depending on requirements. For aseptic applications, both the outlet valve and the vent plug on the filling stub can be steam-sterilized. The integrated liner unfolds independently according to the fill level. Venting of the internal container is possible by opening the screw cap.

Typically, emptying is straightforward and safe gravimetrically via the outlet valve. It is securely and stably connected to both the liner and the IBC's internal container. For liquids with a watery consistency, nearly complete residual emptying is achieved. For highly viscous filled products, the union nut can be loosened, and the liner carefully pulled out with the valve to empty it completely.
