Elis Group receives Gold Award from EcoVadis

The Elis Group, an internationally leading textile and hygiene service provider, has achieved Gold status in EcoVadis' sustainability rating and is among the top 5 percent of the 150,000 evaluated companies worldwide.

This recognition is all the more significant because EcoVadis has recently tightened its assessment criteria. Additionally, more countries and companies (previously 125,000) are participating in this demanding process since this year.

Elis has already been awarded Gold six times and Platinum twice by EcoVadis in previous years. The renewed Gold medal confirms the company's ongoing commitment to environmental, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. It demonstrates that Elis continuously advances its CSR strategy and pursues its sustainability goals with determination.

The Elis Group relies on a circular business model and constantly works to minimize resource use and environmental impacts. Since 2023, the company has also set ambitious climate targets, validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), aligning with the Paris Climate Agreement.
