Zeiss opens new customer center for industrial measurement technology

On October 8th, Zeiss officially opened the new Customer Center for industrial measurement technology in Oberkochen. The division of Industrial Metrology offers its customers and business partners a new and modern customer center with an application area on an area of 4,000 square meters. The software development department is located in close physical proximity.

"Through the new spatial arrangement and proximity of the application and software development areas, we achieve even greater customer proximity and speed for new products. The presentation and live demonstration of our entire range of machines and software helps customers in selection and decision-making," says Dr. Rainer Ohnheiser, Chairman of the Management Board of Carl Zeiss Industrial Metrology GmbH.

The central demo area showcases the company's complete product portfolio in a highly modern environment. Several thousand customers annually can experience the various measurement centers directly through live demonstrations or sample measurements and learn about operation and performance during product training. Zeiss sets new standards in the industry with this customer center and offers a clear added value to customers and employees. The company's strategic focus on customer orientation and technological leadership is once again clearly demonstrated.
