Xenios AG – a company of Fresenius Medical Care – relies on cleanroom and maintenance cleaning by Piepenbrock

Since April 1, 2023, Piepenbrock has been responsible for various building services for Xenios AG in Heilbronn, Stolberg, Radeberg, and Reutlingen. In addition to maintenance and cleanroom cleaning, the family-owned company also secured contracts for security services, green area maintenance, and winter services.

Xenios AG is part of Fresenius Medical Care, the world’s leading provider of products and services for people with kidney diseases. The internationally operating company, headquartered in Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg, is rooted in intensive care medicine and develops technologies for extracorporeal heart and lung support, which can be crucial for the survival of critically ill patients. Safely clean production facilities and offices

In the production facilities in Stolberg and Radeberg, Xenios AG manufactures its medical devices under cleanroom conditions – classified as ISO 8. In this sensitive environment, Piepenbrock handles disinfecting cleaning. The cleanroom cleaning team has been specially trained for the production requirements at the company's own training center in Osnabrück. The company sorts delivered cleanroom garments and clothing into shelves. When chemicals are spilled, Piepenbrock cleans the contaminated floors beyond the scheduled tasks. In addition to production, they also keep the offices in Heilbronn, Stolberg, Radeberg, and Reutlingen shining in maintenance cleaning. The security of the premises in Stolberg is also entrusted to Piepenbrock, with 14 patrols per month for Xenios AG. Green area maintenance and winter services complete the versatile range of tasks.
