Eisele has been involved for many years in the development of high-quality all-metal connections made from stainless steel. The growing demand for hygienic and easy-to-clean connection components is now being met by the Waiblingen-based company with a world innovation: at the IFFA 2016, Eisele presented the first hose connection designed entirely according to Hygienic Design criteria for the food industry.

The new stainless steel connection from Eisele's CLEANLINE series meets all the criteria that are important for use in the food industry and is completely designed in accordance with the rules of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). The outer surface and especially the top side are fully sealed with FDA-compliant EPDM gaskets. The outer contour is rounded and finely finished to achieve minimal roughness values (Ra <0.8 µm), preventing contaminants from settling and making the hose connection easy to clean. The same applies to the inside of the stainless steel connection made from stainless steel 1.4404. It is completely free of dead spaces and can be cleaned simply by rinsing. The interior is hermetically sealed with two gaskets, ensuring that no liquid can penetrate from outside into the connection.
