Workhorse made of stainless steel

EAP Lachnit offers fork lift trucks for all areas of application in industry. The latest model, Type 400 Quick, is completely made of stainless steel, very robust, and allows for significantly faster lifting of loads through innovative technology. The pallet trucks meet the high legal requirements for use in sensitive areas such as food and chemical production, biotechnology, and, in special versions, also for cleanrooms or Ex zones. They are also characterized by high operational safety, low maintenance requirements, and easy cleaning. For other areas of application, electric and weighing pallet trucks are also available.

They are the workhorses of intralogistics and indispensable in industry for transporting goods: pallet trucks. EAP Lachnit has equipped the basic model Type 400 K with a new Quicklift pump, which allows for much faster lifting of loads – reaching the end position with only five instead of twelve lever actuations.

The Gabelhubwagen 400 Quick is built very robustly and suitable for continuous operation. It transports up to 2000 kg with a lift height of up to 205 mm (with a ground clearance of 85 mm). In the standard version, forks measuring 1150 x 540 mm are installed, suitable for Euro pallets, grid boxes, and big boxes. Other fork lengths and widths are also available as options. And with an integrated scale, the Type 400 becomes a weighing pallet truck. EAP Lachnit's portfolio also includes electric pallet trucks based on the Type 400. Customer wishes and application areas are thus hardly limited.

Versatile in use

The pallet trucks are made entirely of stainless steel (1.4301 / V2A / AISI 403) with polished surfaces and meet the protection class IP66. Thanks to their construction and material properties, they are also suitable for sensitive areas such as food and chemical production or biotechnology, and with optional equipment, also for use in cleanrooms and Ex zones. In the "Ex version," the Type 400 Quick is ATEX and TÜV Süd certified and approved for the Ex II 2 GD c area.

Easy to clean

Particularly in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food production, strict hygiene regulations apply. The used floor conveyors must therefore be easy and thorough to clean. The stainless steel material with polished surfaces enables quick and thorough cleaning.
