Mobile scales save a lot of time and simplify processes in material flow. Goods do not need to be transported, unloaded, and weighed on stationary scales. This also applies to sensitive areas such as food or pharmaceutical production or for use in explosion-proof areas and cleanrooms. EAP Lachnit offers robust weighing pallet trucks made of stainless steel with high-quality scales — optionally with wireless connection and mobile printer.

Load, weigh, transport. What sounds so simple can only be achieved with a weighing pallet truck. EAP Lachnit has designed a weighing pallet truck for such tasks that reliably weighs goods during transport, thus simplifying the material flow. Due to its structural features and construction in stainless steel, it is also suitable for sensitive areas in the food or pharmaceutical industry as well as for use in explosion-proof areas and cleanrooms.

The base model used by EAP Lachnit is the proven Forklift 400 K with parking brake, capable of transporting up to 2000 kilograms and allowing a lift height of 90 to 200 mm. In the standard version, forks measuring 1,150 x 555 mm are installed, suitable for pallet sizes CP1, 2, 3, and Euro.

The weighing process is carried out with precise scales from well-known brands. Various calibration options are adjustable. Gross, net, and tare switching are performed at the display terminal, which is fully made of stainless steel. The scales are equipped with splash protection (IP65); the four load cells are sealed and meet protection class IP66. Energy is only consumed during the weighing process, allowing up to 20 hours of operation.

The weighing pallet truck can also be operated effortlessly under harsh environmental conditions with temperature fluctuations from -10°C to +40°C. It is also reliably protected against vibrations and shocks.

As is typical for EAP Lachnit, the equipment can be customized: from fork dimensions, scale model, WLAN connection, or mobile printer to optional special configurations. Upon request, available in explosion-proof classification II 2 GD c and/or cleanroom version.
